Customer service is everything to us and we are confident you will absolutely love your Legacy Flag. If for any reason you need to return something commissioned from us, please pay return shipping for your undamaged flag, within 14 days

  • Do you do custom pieces?

  • Can they go outside?

"If you wish to place your Legacy Flag outside, please email us at contact@thelegacyflag.com before ordering and we'll make sure the banner is prepared for the elements.

  • How do I hang my piece?

Each flag comes with 2 d rings (at stud length) installed level on the back for you. We recommend having a professional hang your Legacy Flag to ensure safety.

  • Where shouldn't I hang my flag?

Above cribs, or on a weaker surface not rated to carry the weight of the flag chosen.

  • When can I expect my flag?

Due to current demand, expect 6 weeks turn around time til an order will ship. If you need your flag before that time frame, please send an email before ordering to discuss expedited shipping rates.

  • Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska? Military base? 

We can ship up to the 38" x 20" flag to Hawaii and Alaska or any APO address. Send an email before ordering to discuss shipping rates to these areas to contact@thelegacyflag.com

  • What happens if my flag arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please go to the delivery company’s website or place a call to file a claim.
